Yes. Video chat, Flicks, messages and profiles are all free. There is no subscription, and we do not paywall core features.
How do the gender filters work?
They are earned rather than bought. Invite five friends who actually join and the filter unlocks permanently on your account. We deliberately do not sell them — a filter anyone can buy in one click is exactly how these apps get abused.
What does the AI moderation actually do?
Frames are sampled from live video and scored by several vision models, plus dedicated skin-region, pattern and contextual passes that exist to cut false positives. If a frame is flagged, it is stored securely as evidence and the violation is recorded against the account. Repeat violations lead to automatic suspension. No moderator sits and watches your call.
Do I have to sign up?
You sign in with Google — one tap, no form. It means every account traces back to a real identity, which is the main reason Xoxonest behaves better than anonymous random chat sites.
How is this different from Omegle and other random chat apps?
